Tadpoles and Froglets

What an exciting adventure my class is having!  A student in my class brought in a tadpole with back legs last week.  He had gotten two from a pet store.  Today his dad brought in the other tadpole because it's front legs grew in.  He's also breathing more than the first tadpole.  I'm amazed at how big they actually are.  I thought they would be a lot smaller.  I'm glad I get to send them home at the end of the year! 

This is the first tadpole.  It's hard to see them through the murky water.  His name is Wetty!

This is the second one.  He is now a froglet!!  Look at that cool webbing the kids will get to see tomorrow!
