Circus Field Trip and Circus Writing Prompt Freebie

We had a blast at the circus!  It's been a few years since I had been there!  I thought all the acts were well done and tasteful!

My son is in 2nd grade this year so I'm pretty lucky to be on the field trip with him!

You can give students a choice or just give the class one of the prompts after you come back from your field trip. Click on picture.

   

This photo was saved to Pinterest without the link to the blog that posted it.  Utilizing this folding we made the circus tents and drew our favorite parts on a piece of white paper and glued it to the inside of the tent!

To make the scalloped toppers fold a piece of 18x9 construction paper in half the hotdog way and cut the scallop.When hanging them use a tack in two places half-way down the inside and the tack will hold up the top half to look dimensional.
